This occasion has been graced and blessed by our beloved Nandita, who piqued my interest towards yet another collaboration through her amazing verses.
This collaboration is in both English and Hindi and reflects the emotions and thoughts of lovers who were separated by their destiny. Good news for the readers as their love was triumphant and came out victorious. πŸ˜„

So here it goes!!

The hindi version

Tum aise rooth ke chale gaye
Maano kabhi koi tha hi nahi rishta
Dar dar bhatke yeh musafir dil ab
Kitni aasani se tumne tod diya ghar jo
Bewafa toh kabhi the nahi hum
Bewafai se rishta jod liya hain ab
Tum aao toh kah saku ek baar
Kabhi is dil ki ankahi dastaan
Phir chaahe mite na mite yeh faasla
Par is bewafa ko milega rehai ka wo raasta.

Tha nahi aasaan mera bin bole Jaana,
Kya tha pyaar door jaake maine pahchaana.
Manzil thi tum meri, muqqaddar shayad nahi,
Toofanon se lad baitha par tumse mil paya nahi.
Di mujhe shikhast kismat ke us Taare ne,
Na bacha paya ghar hamara na bata paya hamare bare me.
Phir bhi na toota mera Josh na mera haunsla,
Milna tha tumse, mitaana tha ye faansla.
Chal Raha hu Mai, chale ja Raha hu tumhari ore,
Kheeche jaa Rahi hai mujhe tumhare pyaar ki Dor.

Akhir Ho hi gayi mulaakat,
Mil Gaye lafz aur jud Gaye aks.
Kahni thi jo nayi purani baatein,
Poore karne the wo hamare waadein.
Sahmi si jo thi saansein,
Mil gaye falak na jaane kahan se.
Laut aai un sookhi aankhon me chamak,
Shamiyana basa, fir Laut ayi damak.

Manzil tum mere, muqaddar mai teri
Milna toh tha hi, kismat aisi hamari.
Ab kabhi jana nahi, sah nahi paungi mai
Apni saari saansein tere naam kardi.

The English version

You stormed off, away from me,
away from our love as if we never were.
The ease with which you abandoned our home,
you turned this heart into a cheating vagabond that now drifts aimlessly.
If only you’d come back, I could tell you my untold story.
Then maybe, just maybe
this cheating heart would find some redemption,
even if the distance remains uncovered.

It was not easy leaving in silence
but only in my isolation, I understood the meaning of love.
You were my destination, not my destiny.
If only you knew the storms I fought with to be with you.

My stars crossed love, I could not save our home

Neither could I give justice to our story .
But even then, I did not give up on you.
I had to meet you somehow,
traverse the distance anyhow.
So I come to you my love, this phase won’t be long.
The waves of your love, like a beacon, beckon me so strong!

And here we are,
our words consummating, our reflections melding.
Our breaths exhaling !
all those unsaid words, undone deeds.
Here we meet
To find us again.

You are my destination, I your destiny
Fate had to bow down to our love, such is our story.
Don’t ever go away again I could never do without you!
All my life and every breath, I dedicate to you!!

I hope you will enjoy reading our work. Thank you!😊
